Delicious chocolate …. things!
A friend of mine gave me this recipe after I have been praying for it for about a year.

But trust me, it was worthy. Not because it’s just delicious and able to make you forget about everything elese, but also because it’s extremely easy and quick to prepare.
Here what you need:

- 100gr of chocolate (I use dark chocolate, but you can use milk or flavored chocolate as well)
- 3 eggs
- 80gr of unsalted butter
- 80gr of sugar
- 20gr of white flour
- vanilla or cinnamon if you like
Melt chocolate and butter with very low heat and stir all together.

In large bowl, mix together eggs and sugar until eggs are whip up. Then add flour and melt chocolate + butter, and stir just until combined.

Spoon batter into 6 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.

Bake in 400°F (200°C) oven for 8 to 10 minutes if you like a soft chocolate heart, or for 10 to 12 minutes for a full cooking.
Let it cool before serving.

The nice thing in this recipe is also that you can freeze the batter in the paper-lined muffin cups and cooking them whenever you want. In that case cook for 15 to 17 minute.
You can also use the same base and add different flavors (coconut, hazelnut or almond, whole wheat flour, mint, ginger, raspberry, orange or lemon) for a always new and delicious dessert.
Enjoy!
